Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vexobravelmora platform at vexobravelmora.xyz (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Vexobravelmora Operations GmbH ("Vexobravelmora," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Germany.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of a jurisdiction in which skill-based competitive gaming is legally permitted
• Not be listed on any government-mandated exclusion or sanctions list
• Not have had a previous Vexobravelmora account terminated for cause

We reserve the right to request identity verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide such documentation may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3. User Accounts

You may hold only one (1) active account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions, gain unfair competitive advantage, or manipulate rankings is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent bans of all associated accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You are liable for all activity conducted through your account.

4. Competition Rules

All competitions on the Platform are governed by our Skill Integrity Framework. The following rules apply to all competitive activities:

• No automation: Use of bots, macros, scripts, or any automated assistance during matches is prohibited.
• No collusion: Coordinating with opponents to manipulate match outcomes is prohibited.
• No exploiting: Using known bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics to gain advantage will result in match disqualification.
• Fair play: Players must compete to the best of their ability in all ranked and prize-eligible matches. Intentional underperformance ("sandbagging") is prohibited.
• Hardware: Use of assistive hardware beyond accessibility accommodations approved by Vexobravelmora is prohibited.

Match results are final once verified by our Skill Integrity Engine. Disputes must be filed within 24 hours of match completion.

5. Prizes & Payouts

Prize pools are funded by entry fees collected from participating players, net of Vexobravelmora's platform fee (5% for Contender and Challenger; 2% for Apex members). Prize distributions are published on each tournament's entry page prior to registration.

Prizes will be paid to your verified payment method within 5 business days of tournament conclusion. Winnings may be subject to applicable taxes in your jurisdiction. Vexobravelmora is not responsible for tax obligations incurred by players.

Prizes are forfeited if your account is found to have violated these Terms during or preceding the tournament.

6. Code of Conduct

All users are expected to maintain respectful conduct across all Platform channels including match chat, guild forums, and public leaderboards. The following behaviors are prohibited:

• Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory language
• Threats of any kind
• Sharing personal information of other users without consent
• Spam, phishing, or fraudulent communication
• Impersonating Vexobravelmora staff or other users

7. Responsible Play

Vexobravelmora is committed to the wellbeing of our community. We provide the following responsible play tools accessible through your account settings:

• Spending limits: Set monthly caps on entry fee expenditure
• Session timers: Receive reminders after extended play sessions
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from prize competitions
• Cool-down periods: Mandatory wait periods before re-entering high-stakes events

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are the exclusive property of Vexobravelmora Operations GmbH or its licensors. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, or exploited without express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vexobravelmora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Vexobravelmora in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

Vexobravelmora reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice where the violation is severe. Users may also close their accounts voluntarily at any time via account settings. Unused subscription credits are non-refundable upon voluntary closure.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email and prominent in-platform notices at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
